Use the form below to contact the Hall’s booking agent, to inquire about renting the hall, to ask any questions, or to request a booking. The only required fields are a Full Name and Phone Number. If you have it, an email address is appreciated. The other fields are required before a booking can be confirmed but they may be added later.

Minimum notice for a booking request is at least one month prior to event (NO EXCEPTIONS).

RESPONSE MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO THE BOOKING AGENT’S UPCOMING VACATIONS OR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES. VACATION PLANNED FOR SPRING 2015: MARCH 8- 23. NO REPLIES ON WEEKENDS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALTHOUGH YOU MAY SEND REQUESTS AT ANYTIME OUR VOLUNTEER MAY NOT BE ABLE TO REPLY PROMPTLY.

Our volunteer (a part-timer) will respond to your request as soon as possible – usually, but not always, within three business days (Monday to Friday). Note – unfortunately due to volunteer availability restrictions an immediate response to a request is not possible.
