Due to fire safety regulations the maximum capacity of Tynehead Hall is 110. The rental price includes free parking, tables, chairs, and use of kitchen. The hall can accommodate 110 people banquet style. The main hall is 23 feet by 60 feet. Renters are to provide their own dishes and sound system if needed, see for example Turkey’s Party Makers and Long and McQuade.

- 16 banquet tables (8 foot)
- 3 smaller tables
- 80 chairs
- Lectern
- 50 and 100 cup coffee urns
- 2 electric kettles
- Separate kitchen equipped with household style stove, oven, and fridges
- Bar area with fridge and coat rack
- mops and brooms for cleanup
